BEFORE: I’d work 16+ hours a day. Take looooooong naps right smack dab in the middle of the day. Mornings were crap! Sprinkle in a couple of autoimmune conditions/inflammation galore and I had to pull myself out of a pretty dark place.

TODAY: I have consistent energy all day long. No aches and pains. And wake up feeling UH-mazing. Having the tools it takes to stay there is totally doable. Take it from an ex-party girl. (True story.)
